There are three methods of contacting the Help Desk directly:

In Person: Hoffman Hall 300 (HOH 300)
Via Telephone: (213) 740-3000
Online: Submit a Help Desk request at http://www.marshall.usc.edu/help

The Help Desk hours of operation are as follows:

8am - 6pm on Mondays to Thursdays
8am - 5pm on Fridays
CLOSED on Saturdays, Sundays and University Holidays
