The system tells me I have no prints left but I know that I have only printed just a few pages. How is this?
The only reason AIS has found for this is that a student has walked away from the computer without logging out. Not logging out allows the next person using the computer not only to print using your quota but also gives them access to any data you have stored on your personal network drive.

If I use up my print quota for the semester, how do I get more?
You will need to first purchase a print card for the amount you would like to have credited to your account. The print card dispensers are located in JKP201J, Crocker and Accounting Libraries. After purchasing the card, a technician in Popovich Hall 201J can make a request to credit your account. Please note that there might be a delay in crediting your account depending upon the time of day and availability of resources a network technician.

Can I sell unused prints to other graduate students?
No. Marshall has no mechanism setup to handle this type of transaction. Note however that any unused prints are carried over in your account into the next semester cumulatively. For example, should you have 20 prints left at the end of the semester, when the next semester starts you will have 320 prints.
