The registration fee of $1,500 should be received no later than Monday, October 25, 2010. Your fee can be paid by downloading our Credit Card Payment Information document and faxing it to 213 740 1602. Click here to Download. Please call 213 740 0980 prior to faxing to insure privacy. You can also call Sondra Collier at 213 740 0980 directly to pay the fee.
 
Advance registration can be cancelled and a refund given only if fax, email or written notice are postmarked or transmitted prior to midnight, Monday, October 18, 2010. Appropriate substitutions may be accepted for registrants who are unable to attend.
