As faculty teaching at Marshall School of Business you are offered an array of support services to assist you in enhancing your instruction and ultimately providing a richer experience for Marshall Students. These services range from "class room technology support" to "library support" to "computing support" to "experiential learning support".
At the Experiential Learning Center, we focus on providing a "real world" experience for your students by having them participate in various experiential learning activities and structured experiences that are specifically designed to help them bridge the gap between theory and practice. This means that you cover the specific business topic in your class room and the ELC trainers conduct and debrief the appropriate experiential activity that relates to your contect at the Experiential Learning Center. The ELC trainers work closely with you to ensure that the planned activity meets your educational objectives for the scheduled ELC session. The ELC meetings occur during your regular class times.
You are encouraged to contact us for a tour of the ELC and a more detailed explanation of services available to you. Since ELC is a very popular resource at Marshall it is important that you inform us of your possible intention to use the center(s) as soon as possible. Usually ELC reservations are made at least 6 months ahead of time.
