As students in the Marshall School of Business, you are not only given a wealth of information from our experienced, knowledgable faculty and on-campus lecturers but you are also afforded the opportunity to practice what you are learning. Here in the Experiencial Learning Center (ELC), we create "real world" experiences where you can apply business theory, enhance your critical thinking skills and role play actual business situations.

At the ELC, we take a hands on approach to learning. During your time here, you will not be talking about business practices, but rather running the business yourself! You will also have the opportunity to partake in negotiations, group decision making and consulting exercises. We take learning to the next level where you become an "active participant" in creating your own learning.

Our state of the art facility is equipped with video cameras and projectors so that we may be able to provide immediate feedback of your experience. You can view your process and as a class, we will discuss the applications to business and real life. Each time you are in the elc, one thing is for sure, your experience is unique becuase you have a hand in designing the outcome!
