Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuation

The Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuation is designed to offer students the intensive instruction and training to successfully compete in rapidly developing global financial markets. Coursework in the fundamental theories and practice of financial accounting, financial analysis, valuation, credit analysis, and financial instruments and markets expands their analytical capacities to better understand and develop strategic financial decisions. The program provides students with a competitive edge as they pursue a number of different career paths within the financial marketplace.

The program is open to individuals have completed basic graduate-level coursework in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and corporate finance comparable to the first-year MBA curriculum while earning a minimum graduate GPA of 3.3.


Enrollment in the program requires a formal application and admission.

Successful completion of the program is documented on the USC transcript and acknowledged by a certificate (diploma) awarded by the University.
