Christopher J. Harrer is President and CEO of United Document Storage LLC, which he founded in 2004. The company operates off-site document storage, secured shredding services, digital imaging, and data tape rotation services offering unparalleled service, competitive pricing, and state-of-the-art technology with corporate headquarters located in Southern California.

Chris’s experience in the financial and real estate industries are an asset to the growth of United Document Storage LLC. As President and CEO, Chris’s responsibilities include coordinating the acquisition strategy for the Company, including the acquisition of Port-O-Shred LLC in 2005, the day-to-day management responsibilities, legal, financial, capital fundraising, real estate and the strategic direction of the Company.

Previously, Chris was President and CEO of PCH Ventures LLC and Pacifico’s LLC, which are real estate and restaurant holding company’s he founded in 2000 and successfully sold both companies in 2004. He has over 25 years experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, managerial experience, and sales and marketing in the real estate and finance industries and is regarded as a very successful entrepreneur and executive focusing on P&L management and execution to meet set corporate goals with a very strong and effective communication and presentation skills.

His financial experience ranges working with Countrywide Funding Corporation in Pasadena, CA in the mortgage backed securities division and as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch in Beverly Hills, CA to successfully representing national real estate transactions with Julien J. Studley, Inc. and overseeing the sales and marketing divisions of LAACO, Ltd. located in Los Angeles, CA.

Chris holds two masters degrees from the University of Southern California: an MBA from the nationally ranked Executive MBA program and an MSBA from the Lloyd Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, where since 2002, he serves as an Adjunct Professor and in 2005 won the student voted Golden Apple Teaching Award. He is also a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a BBA degree in Business Management.

He serves on several boards of directors and committees’, including the Board of Governors for the USC Alumni Association, is the Chairman Emeritus of the USC Marshall Business School National Alumni Association, the Chairman for USC Marshall Partners, and is a mentor to USC graduate students in the MBA Mentoring Program. He is also a Board member for Stability, LLC. Chris is an active member in PRISM International (Professional Records & Information Services Management) and ARMA (Association for Records & Information Management Professionals). Chris is also the Past President of the Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades, CA, a member of the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation and the Los Angeles Police Department Eagle & Badge Foundation, and participates in several community non-profit programs throughout Southern California.
