Timothy G. Clark

 

Timothy G. Clark has over 35 years of consulting, management and teaching experience.  An expert in the area of marketing and strategic and financial planning, Mr. Clark has directed numerous marketing and planning engagements for clients ranging from major international and Fortune 500 corporations to emerging, start-up businesses and non-profit organizations.  In addition, he has assisted or managed numerous companies or organizations in difficult turnaround or interim assignments.

   

His industry experience includes field sales and marketing management positions with the Maxwell House Coffee Division of General Foods Corporation and Arrowhead Water.  At Arrowhead he was responsible for advertising, sales promotion, research, product development and planning.  In addition, he created and developed two rapidly growing successful new product and service programs.

 

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Clark raised investor's equity capital and acquired a profitable $8 million southern California regional manufacturer and retailer of residential wood windows and millwork products.  As president and CEO he restructured the company and grew the business.  He subsequently sold his interest.

 

For over 25 years Mr. Clark also has been a successful management consulting partner and principal.  

 

In consulting Mr. Clark was a vice president and practice leader of Booz Allen & Hamilton, a major international consulting firm.  He was  a Los Angeles partner with Coopers & Lybrand where he headed the Business & Financial Planning Practice.  In this role he undertook substantial work with financially troubled companies.

 

He received his AB Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.  He received his MBA Degree in Marketing, with distinction, from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, where Mr. Clark was selected as a Baker Scholar.
