Submit copy of passport. For Non-US Citizens: Submit copy of I-20/F-1 visa, 1-94 card or residency card. Documents can also be scanned and emailed to prime@marshall.usc.edu .

GBSA 580 PRIME Class begins

 

Contact USC Student Health Center or your own doctor regarding necessary/recommended vaccinations to destinations other than PRIME sites.

Project Selection begins

 

Project Teams Announced

Roommate selection begins (or request single room--there is an additional fee)

 

 

 

Inform Global Programs and Partnerships Office of any special medical conditions

 

International Students Only: Submit letter of Acknowledgment, if required

 

Make special requests with Crown Travel (i.e. single room, special meal, etc.)

 

Make travel arrangements directly with the airline for travel after PRIME.

 

March 2012

 

 

 

Apply for necessary travel visas. (PRIME site visa applications available at Office of Global Programs and Partnerships. Check local consulate for other countries. Fees vary based on citizenship and destination.)

Briefing books due

Submit copy of visa for PRIME site (if required).

Extend travel insurance at USC Student Insurance office if staying overseas for more than 2 weeks
